EVOLVE Performance & Nutrition is back at Sports Basement Novato for another FREE community fitness experience!
Join us on Saturday, December 5, from 10 AM–12 PM, as we roll out THE ARMORY — our mobile functional fitness training facility.
Whether you're returning for another challenge or experiencing THE ARMORY for the first time, everyone is welcome!
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Get hands-on with equipment including our TANK sled, Rogue rowing machine, battle ropes, sandbags, and more.
- Discover unique training equipment and take on fresh fitness challenges.
- Test your strength, endurance, and determination at your own pace.
- Experience full-body functional fitness with guidance and encouragement from the EVOLVE team.
- Meet members of the local fitness community in a fun, supportive environment.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME
Whether you're an experienced athlete, a weekend warrior, or just beginning your fitness journey, there's a place for you.
No experience necessary. No pressure. Just show up and give it a go!
This is a drop-in fitness experience, not a scheduled group class. Come anytime between 10 AM and noon, explore the stations, and participate at your own pace.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
Registration is FREE, but we encourage everyone planning to participate to reserve a spot through Eventbrite.
Upon arrival, visit the EVOLVE tent to check in and complete our participant waiver before training.
