THE ARMORY IS ROLLING INTO SPORTS BASEMENT NOVATO.

Join EVOLVE Performance & Nutrition Coaching for a free, two-hour functional fitness activation built around movement, effort and a little friendly competition.

Drop in anytime between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM and take on The Armory circuit- a mix of functional training stations including sled work, rowing, loaded carries, battle ropes and bodyweight movements.

No race. No class. No experience required.

Work at your own level, test yourself, and see what you've got. We'll also have an event challenge running throughout the morning, with a Sports Basement gift card for the winner.
