Evolve Yoga Teacher Training 2025: A Path to Transformation and Right RelationshipThe Evolve Yoga & Wellness 200-Hour Teacher Training is an invitation to step into a sacred container for personal transformation—one that is rooted in deep practice, self-inquiry, and a supportive community. This training is not just about learning to teach, though that is an option; it is about cultivating the tools to navigate life with steadiness, clarity, and purpose.
Yoga is a living practice, a framework for understanding the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. This training is designed to meet you where you are, offering guidance in physical alignment, energetic awareness, yogic philosophy, and personal reflection—all while being held in a circle of like-minded seekers walking this path together.

Our seven months together will be highly transformative, providing the foundation to explore the uncharted inner world within a framework of ancient perspective and embodied tools. You will become well-acquainted with the Eight Limbs of Yoga on this deep inner dive, confronting discomfort, unveiling the hidden shadow, and reclaiming the lost inner voice.
This journey will shift you. It will reshape the way you move through life, calling you to step off your current trajectory and into a new path of self-discovery and possibility.
This is not a passive experience. It requires your full presence. This training asks you to step forward, to commit to your own well-being, and to build the resilience and awareness needed to walk well in the world. The tools you gain here—on the mat and beyond—will support you in living with greater authenticity, compassion, and alignment.
This is a space for seekers, healers, and those ready to deepen their relationship with themselves and the world around them.
There are virtual options for support if you have conflict with specific weekends.
