Three days of practice, philosophy, and exploration of yoga’s roots – join for the full weekend or choose just the Saturday or Sunday workshop that speaks to you.
Friday September 12: The Origins of Yoga
Take a journey through 2,500 years of yoga’s evolution, exploring how the practice we know today came to be. A perfect blend of movement and insight to open the weekend.

Saturday September 13: Patanjali’s Eight Limbs & The Tree of Yoga
Go beyond the physical poses into yoga’s ethical roots. Learn how Patanjali’s Eight Limbs guide life both on and off the mat. We’ll unpack the philosophy and offer ways to integrate these timeless teachings into modern living.
