EVOLVE is a conference for non-profits hosted by the City of Kelowna and supported by United Way, First West Credit Union, Central Okanagan Foundation and EQ Development Group. The conference welcomes local and visiting non-profit executive directors, board members, senior leadership, managers, staff and volunteers to collaborate and connect through presentations and group breakout sessions!
At this one-day event, get tips, tricks and above all concrete solutions to build your organizations capacity. Choose from the 15 unique breakout sessions offered and curate your own personal learning journey. Topics range from finance to communications, organizational systems to people management.
