Evolve & Expand Your Reformer Pilates Practice!
This four-week series is created for experienced Reformer Pilates participants ready to explore deeper strength, refined control, and more intricate movement patterns.
If you’ve been consistently practicing for at least four months and are ready to take things a step further, this is your opportunity to challenge your coordination, balance, and core integration in a supportive, progressive format.
Each class builds on the last, introducing elevated techniques and the knowledge to self assess and take any Reformer Pilates class to the next level -- all delivered with mindfulness and intention. You'll move with purpose develop strength from the inside out, and deepen your relationship with the Reformer.
This series is intentionally designed to build upon your confidence and improve body awareness as you navigate more complex movement patterns with control and confidence.
Expect mindful intensity, breakthrough moments, and a space where growth is honored—whether you’re mastering new variations or refining your connection to familiar movement.
