With 43 years of service across beaches like San Onofre, Doheny, and Bolsa Chica, Mike brings first hand stories of courage, community, and change along our coastlines.

A San Clemente local since 1975, Mike has taught thousands in CPR and emergency response, published two books on lifeguarding, and helped curate historic exhibits at our state beaches. Whether you're a beach lover, history buff, or former lifeguard yourself, you’ll enjoy this deep dive into a proud and essential legacy.
