Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Class

This flipped-classroom model includes 5 modules of online learning to watch at your own pace paired with mentorship from Bridget, your EBB Instructor. Mentorship includes four classes with Bridget and classmates to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills.

This class is limited to only 6 couples.

Classes will be on consecutive Wednesdays: August 13th through September 3rd starting @ 7 pm CST.

Evidence Based Birth® believes that every person has their own unique path. Instead of focusing on medicated vs. unmedicated birth, we focus on giving you tools and helping you learn the evidence, so that you can be empowered to make your own decisions! We do have an emphasis on non-pharmaceutical comfort measures, because they include high-leverage and transferable skills in the prenatal, birth, and postpartum periods while also discussing ways to have empowered births no matter your preferences or your unique birthing experience.

Private Class: $150

A private class covers the same material with you setting up the meeting times that work best for you and your instructor and being able to have all of the focus on you, your preferences, and your experience.
