What to Expect
An inspirational quote will be shared before a fifteen-to-twenty-minute HU chant. The HU chant is easy and doesn’t require you to be a singer or to have done it before. You are welcome to join in or simply listen to the beautiful sound.
Chanting is followed by a period of quiet contemplation—a time to connect with the highest part of yourself: divine love.
Afterward you’re welcome to join in a spiritual conversation to explore your experiences or questions over tea and refreshments.
