Join us for a baby-and-me workshop with Katie Prezas, lactation consultant and owner of Empowering Lactation, and Alison Saum, pelvic physical therapist with Envision Pelvic Health to learn tips on how to:

• Find the most comfortable position for nursing or bottle feeding, focusing on relieving strain on your neck, shoulders, back, and wrists
• How to protect your recovering body while lifting the stroller or carrying the car seat
• Do simple stretches and exercises to provide relief for areas of the body that are already sore
