Intended for those living with a Neurological condition, this session will focus on gentle, mindful, evidenced based practices to decrease stress, promote ease and rest and support feelings of well-being. These practices can foster improved connection to self and others.

Session includes:

• Breath Practices.
• Accessible Mindful Movements
• Body Centered Meditations.
• Understanding and learning tools for regulating the nervous system.
• Self-reflection on self-care practices.
• Increase participant’s toolbox with practices to support themselves through life’s issues and stages.
• Quick tips for responding and supporting the stress cycle.
