Every Student Matters Conference

Student ministry can be isolating, but no leader should have to do it alone.
The Every Student Matters Ministry Conference is a three-day gathering for student pastors, ministry spouses, and volunteer teams who want to lead with greater health, confidence, and clarity. This is not a celebrity-driven conference. It is a place to connect with trusted ministry leaders, gain practical tools, worship together, and build relationships with people who understand the weight and joy of serving the next generation.
Throughout the conference, you’ll experience worship-filled main sessions, practical workshops, meaningful conversations, and intentional time to connect with ministry leaders from across the country.
Every pastor matters. Every spouse matters. Every volunteer matters. Because every student matters.
Featured leaders include John Oliver, Dan Carson, Dr. David Odom, Josh Good, Don and Suzanne Manning, Ian Dunaway, and more. Worship will be led by Seasons Worship.
Bring your spouse. Bring your volunteer team. Come ready to breathe, learn, connect, and leave encouraged for the ministry God has called you to.
