Drinking tea as a meditative practice is like having a quiet conversation with the spirit of the plant — and these ancient trees hold deep wisdom. Every cup is a journey into the heart of nature itself.

every moment aware is a collection of certified-organic, rare wild teas from the mountains in Northern Vietnam. These teas are harvested and processed by the indigenous Red Dzao community, who live in harmony with the land and use sustainable harvesting methods that preserve the quality of the tea while safeguarding the environment. Every step, from picking to packaging, is done by hand by a dedicated family cooperative, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. The tea is produced in small batches, maintaining a personal touch with every harvest.

Surrounded by the beauty of the garden, we’ll begin with a mindful tea ceremony, followed by a guided meditation —offering us the chance to slow down and be fully aware in the present moment.No prior meditation or tea experience necessary.Please dress comfortably and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. You can bring a journal or paper and pen (optional).

About your host: Courtnay is a tea ceremony facilitator as well as a RYT500 certified yoga instructor. She is accredited by the Kyoto Urasenke Tea Association and is the creator of every moment aware - a tea ritual experience and ethically sourced tea brand.
