Train with Rob James an elite HYROX coach and experience the ultimate performance-focused workout designed to build strength, endurance and race-day confidence.
Hyrox Seminar, Workout, and Puma Challenge 6PM - 8PM
🥊 Tuesday 30th June – Reformer Pilates powered by Myprotein & Boxing Night
Experience the perfect combination of power and precision. Try our Reformer Pilates classes powered by Myprotein alongside our signature boxing concepts. Haymaker is a high-energy boxing/strength + conditioning workout. 1910 is a boxing specific skill and technique session.

Powered by state of the art Nike Strength equipment, discover Hustle, our explosive 30 mins HIIT workout designed to challenge your limits. Everlast Lifting Club is our 45 minute social lifting experience where community meets strength training.
