Description:
Paper piece the Judy Niemeyer way with this workshop. Evergreen Fern pattern in any colorway! Guided instruction and a longer period of time will give you success and your heirloom quilt will be ready for quilting. Give yourself the gift of time. Ahhhhhhh……. Let us know if you would like to get the pattern, Christmas Kit, the color of the sample on the pattern for a kit in blues and greens or create your own colorway!
Paper Piecing Supplies for Judy Niemeyer Classes
Pattern by Judy Niemeyer which includes papers
Fabric Glue Pen AND
Repositionable glue stickor a water soluble glue stick for paper or
Fabric Yardage Listed on Pattern Sheet
Template Plastic for folding template and to create a template
“Add a Quarter” 6” ruler or “Add a Quarter” 12” ruler
Quilting Ruler
Small Iron & Ironing Pad
Gallon Zip Lock Bags
bigger size paper clips
Purple Thang
Rotary cutter (with a new blade in it!)
Rotary cutting mat
Fabric scissors
Pencil
Flat head pins (best for paper piecing) and fine 1 ⅞” glass head pins
Sewing machine - Don't forget the power supply and foot pedal! A regular open toe foot and ¼” foot.
Sewing supplies
Thread and bobbins– color that will blend with your fabrics
Size 70 needles (Microtex recommended)
Seam ripper and Scotch Tape (just in case!)
Painters tape comes in handy when labeling fabric
Pre-Class Instructions:
1. On the back of the papers for each unit, trace the DOTTED lines with pencil and number
2. If you know how to cut papers on your own and sort them in the bags, you will save time. If not, this will be taught the first class.

Each student and teacher must have a separate and original copy of the book, pattern or tool if required for a class as per the supply list. Quilt With Passion will respectfully decline any request to make photocopies unless permission is granted from the designer for a specific purpose.
Class Cancellation/Make-Up Information: If you must cancel a class, please do so at least 7 days before the start of the class. Refunds for these cancellations will be issued in the form of a Quilt With Passion store credit. Store credit may also be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of class if the space is filled by another student. If a class is missed, make up classes may be held at a Sewing School or by arrangements with the instructor to sit in on another class. Make ups must be held within three months of the original class.
