This is our 3rd annual 5K Fun Run! Historically, adults with mental illness are also more likely to experience multiple physical health ailments including diabetes, heart and pulmonary diseases, increasing the likelihood of early mortality. Thus, we are excited to be promoting and encouraging a life of wellness.
Run or walk in person starting at 9AM. Start/finish line at North Bank Shelter in Riverfront Park. For those not yet comfortable running in person, you can sign up for our virtual event, and run or walk on a route in your neighborhood, wherever you are in the world!
All participants will receive a T-shirt with registration. T-Shirt and Swag Bag pick up will be Friday, August 23rd beginning at 1pm at the Evergreen Club (2102 E Sprague Ave.)
The Evergreen Club 5K is our largest fundraiser of the year. There will be opportunities to make additional donations during the registration process. All donations will help people living with serious mental illness thrive through meaningful community and work opportunities.
