Ever You Women's Circle for Moms

This is for the mom with young children who longs for a space where she can replenish and connect with other moms on a heart level (no small talk here). What you'll find is:

-A space to center and relax

-Exploration of a monthly theme

-Be seen and heard as you are, and give the same to the other women present

-Connect with others on a heart level

Led by Feminine Embodiment Coach Ashley Fisher, the experience begins with a centering practice to become present in our bodies and the space. Next, a theme and potent questions are explored using feminine embodiment coaching techniques that you won't find in other women's circles.You will then be invited to share what's on your heart that desires witnessing, and serve as loving witness to others. This is where the magic lies - in voicing what's present, what's real, and being held in compassionate space by others. Advice is never offered unless requested. No one will try to fix you, because you're not broken. Receive the gift of feeling finally heard, truly seen, and loved just as you are through the miracles and the messes.

Info: -The circle includes a short, meditative process where we center in our bodies and the space. It is followed with exploration of a monthly theme using body wisdom to resource answers and guidance. Next, we move into a time of sharing - witness others on their journeys and receive that gift in return (this is where the magic lies). We conclude with a final centering exercise and intention setting as we leave the space.
