Join us in celebrating Helena’s journey to Iyengar certification!
We will experience a restorative yoga / sound bath workshop together (facilitated by Helena and Jordan from Structurally Sound) and then enjoy delicious snacks (provided by Sauce MKE).
Jordon Moon is a sonic alchemist, conscious energy movement teacher, visual artist, father, and devoted eight-limbed Yoga Practitioner. Helena started practicing yoga in 2003 in Milwaukee and has studied Iyengar Yoga exclusively throughout her adult life. She is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist.
