This fall, we invite you to become participants in the EventMania Festival!
More than 100 contractors from the event industry will come to the venue to personally present their services and talents to over 150 event planners and organizers.
Our event allows you to meet all participants in a speed-dating format. Event planners will be seated at tables with tablets, and each contractor will move from table to table, presenting themselves. You can ask questions, exchange business cards, and get acquainted.
There will be two rounds of such introductions. During the lunch break, there will be a show program where artists can showcase their acts. Guests can also visit 18 exhibitor corners.
No more endlessly searching for the right contacts at networking events or online. After the event, you'll receive an electronic catalog with the contacts and materials of all festival participants. We will also create an online service catalog with demo videos of all participants and their photographs. (You can use this resource as a repository for sending materials to your clients.)
