Let’s come together and connect with the fire within!
Yoga can be a powerful tool to bring us in touch with our innermost desires and let go of what we no longer need. This Fire Flow Yoga Event allows you to connect deeply with your body, mind, and spirit in a self-loving and empowering way.
We will start with grounding and warm-up, working actively with the breath to make the energy flow more freely. Then, you will be guided through dynamic yoga flows focusing on strength, stability, and balance, using effective breathing techniques as a constant companion.
After the active part of the practice, we’ll slow down into long, gentle stretches to let the body soften and the mind settle. We’ll finish with a long, deep Savasana — a time to rest, to breathe, and to simply let go.
After the practice, you are invited to enjoy a few refreshments and snacks included in the event price.
