If you are planning an event or are a vendor who provides services for events, you don’t want to miss this. Come enjoy our beautiful ballroom, while mingling and meeting with great local vendors. Most expos, only serve weddings, but we are available to celebrate every event, and invite all types of vendors who provide services for events. Vendor space is limited (max 2 per service offered). The best part is, that while wedding expos are pricey, and often feature large companies with large price tags. We are focusing on local vendors, allowing each the same amount of space so no one overshadows the other. They must win your business with their talent and presentation.
It also won’t be a boring convention center expo, as we will feature music, have a cash bar available and encourage all vendors to be interactive in some way. We might also have some raffles & door prizes so sign up early and claim your spot. Make it a Sunday funday while planning for your event.
There’s plenty of free parking, attendance is free but each attendee must register for their own ticket. We also love children , but know you will have more fun and be more productive with finding your vendors if you leave them at home.

Event Expo vendor sign up link below: Each vendor will receive an 8 foot table and 2 chairs for their space. (Or not table if they are setting something else up in their 8 foot space, just let us know) Once we receive your interest form, selected vendors will receive an email with payment options from [email protected]. There is no other email or person to communicate with in case we get some spammers. Each vendor space is $150 compared to the $500 plus at other expos. Sign up and claim your spot. Preference given to Berks County vendors & the counties surrounding Berks
