Monthaven Arts and Cultural Center’s annual Veterans Art Exhibition features a Boots & BBQ Fundraiser to support the MACC’s “Between the Lines” Healing Arts Programs for military veterans. The chairs for this year’s fundraiser are retired U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Joe James and his wife Jarin James.This year’s Keynote Speaker will be JT Cooper Blackhawk Down Combat Veteran and Warrior Round founder along with performances by Warrior Rounds.
The Sixth Annual Exhibition is titled “Brave Beauty” and features the touring show Quilts of Valor along with the paintings of Tennessee artist (and Vietnam War veteran) Gerald Morgan. The evening will include special music, and our speakers will present information about the MACC’s Healing Arts Program.
