Sunday 24th November - Event #4 Triathlon SHORT COURSE - 250m SWIM / 7km RIDE / 2.5km RUN 7am Start
LONG COURSE - 500m SWIM / 14km RIDE / 5km RUN 7am Start
TRYstars 8am Start (These distances are subject to change on the day due to suit abilities and water conditions. Children DO NOT have to swim and can swap to a shorter distance, if they find their age bracket too long.)
>7yrs 25m SWIM / 1km RIDE / 250m RUN
7-9yrs 50m SWIM / 2km RIDE / 500m RUN
10-12yrs 75m SWIM / 4km RIDE / 1km RUN
