Choral Evensong in the Season of Lent will feature the ethereal unaccompanied Magnificat and Nunc dimittis of George Arthur's 'Friday' Evening Service as well as his powerful anthem 'One in Christ.' The prelude recital will be performed by Dale Nickell, organist and associate director of music ministries at Westminster Presbyterian church, Nashville. Reception to follow. Free parking available in the Cathedral's adjacent lot (414 W. Church Avenue), on nearby street parking spots, and municipal garages. Reception to follow where you may greet the choir and recitalist. The service is also available on the Cathedral YouTube channel SJCKNOX either live streaming or archived for later viewing.
