These classes will feature a balanced blend of yoga postures that accommodate a wide range of students regardless of age, mobility or experience yet still will challenge the experienced practitioner.
Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from May 19th to September 17th, rain or shine. Sign up for as many classes as you like. Bring your own mat and water. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to park and to set up so the class can start promptly at 6 p.m.
Children ages 12 and up are welcome and must always be accompanied by a registered adult. Reservations are required and payment is due at registration. Space is limited, so register early. Registration closes at 12 pm the day before each class.
