Evening walk for those living with and beyond cancer and those who care for them

This walk will be about 5km/3 miles and we will allow up to 90 minutes.
If you or someone you love have been affected by cancer, you are welcome to join us. Walk and talk with others who have lived experience, who can understand where you’re coming from, the clubhouse is open for anyone who would like to join us afterwards.
Walking can have many positive effects on physical and mental health, please check with your health professionals before undertaking any new or different exercise.
This is a grade 3 walk so you can expect some uneven ground and gradients. If you are starting or returning to exercise we have Grade 1 and Grade 2 walks available within our programme.
Our Walk Leaders are living with and beyond Cancer or are Cancer Champions.
Depending on the success of this walk we hope to recruit new Walk Leaders to enable the walk to take place on a more regular basis. If you are interested in training as a Walk Leader, please get in touch, training is free and you receive ongoing support.
