During the spring and summer months we run evening nursery sessions every Wednesday from 5.30-8pmWe welcome you to join us (drop in style) every Wednesday and help us to grow and nurture native trees and shrubs to be planted around Queenstown.
Our nursery in Jardine Park is a truly lovely place to be on a summer evening.......help us to pot up native trees, bring a picnic dinner, enjoy a walk in the reserve and even a dip in the lake!
A great way to spend a mid-week summer evening.
Our volunteer sessions are the perfect opportunity to meet like minded community members of all ages, and help restore our native biodiversity.

Every Wednesday evening:
π Time: 5.30-8pm
(Note the nursery is also open for volunteer sessions Wednesday mornings 9am-12)
Nursery closed between Dec 18th - January 13th
π Location: Jean Malpas Community Nursery, Jardine Park, Poplar Drive, Kelvin Heights. Turn left as soon as you enter Jardine Park, and you'll spot our nursery.

No Experience Needed!
Don't worry if you're new to gardening β we have a warm and welcoming group of volunteers ready to guide you every step of the way. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn about our native plants and make friends with lovely, like minded community members.
