Check vaccines off your back-to-school to-do list without taking time off work!
Lorain County Public Health is hosting evening vaccine clinics to make it easier for families to stay on schedule.
Now is a great time to make sure your child is up to date, especially if they're:
• Starting kindergarten
• Entering 7th grade
• Heading into their senior year of high school
We recommend scheduling an appointment to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if time is available.
Bring with you:
• Vaccine record: Request a copy of past vaccines (at no cost) at bit.ly/vaccinerecordrequest
• Photo ID
• Health insurance card (if insured)
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If another adult (18 or older) brings them, we need a signed note from the parent or guardian.
Payment:
• No child is turned away because of inability to pay.
• We bill most private insurance plans, Medicaid, and Medicare. Check with your insurance company for coverage details.
• Cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted.
Vaccines help protect against serious diseases, reduce the spread of illness, and keep students healthy and ready to learn.
