Evening Unwind - Sound bath

You’ve made it through Monday, now give yourself space to decompress and arrive fully in yourself. Evening Unwind begins with simple movements that open the hips, back, and shoulders so the body can settle into real rest. Once you soften, you’ll move into a 40–50 minute sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, and calming tones for deep release.

Each class is unique. The selection of postures and instruments may change while the overall intention remains full-body release and reset.

Level/Age: All levels, 18+

Props: Soft Tatami mats, props, blankets provided. Herbal tea served at the end of class.

Doors: Open 7:15 PM, close 7:30 PM (no late entry after doors close)
