NEW this Season: Evening SUP Yin Yoga on Tuesdays, June 16, July 14, and August 11 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
These sessions offer a gentle, meditative alternative to traditional paddleboard yoga, focusing on deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Yin Yoga is practiced primarily while sitting or lying down. This makes it highly accessible—no standing balance is required. We will hold each pose for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing us to target the fascia and connective tissues for deep release.
