During this one-hour session, you’ll relax comfortably with a blanket and pillow as soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls and gongs flow through you. These sounds work with your chakras—energy centers in the body that influence emotional and physical well-being—helping to harmonise and rejuvenate your energy.
