Come join us for a relaxing sound bath by candle light at a gorgeous location in Show Low.
Thrive mtn Wellness Center.
Spaces must be reserved ahead of time as they are limited!
What to Wear: Anything that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.
What to Bring: Prepare for a relaxing and peaceful experience by bringing your own pillow & blanket. Yoga mats & eye covers are provided by Rooted Soul Recovery.
What to Expect: Take some time to find your center and grounding. This session includes a sounds designed to create deep relaxation and harmony within your mind, body, and spirit.
The Sound Bath: Relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and many more instruments. Come enjoy a beautiful experience of relaxation, inner peace, and a sense of connection—
Sound sessions are often referred to as sound baths. The idea is to bathe in the sounds and vibrations and let them wash over you.
Sound Therapy is a different experience for each person. Some people may find that it is simply a relaxing event, while others have powerful and transformational experiences.
Spaces are limited. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend. A refund or a transfer to another event or service will be available for those who give notice.
