Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating sound bath experience at The Zen Space in Spalding. Let the sounds wash over you, melting away stress and tension. Immerse yourself in the harmonious vibrations and feel the energy flow through your body. This is the perfect way to unwind and recharge for the week ahead. What to bring...

Yoga mats are provided.

It's a good idea to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. You may wish to bring extra blankets, eye mask, additional yoga mat, thick blanket, sleeping bag, or sunlounger cushion for extra comfort and cosiness.

There are a limited number of supportive cushions/bolsters available.

If being floor based is not right for you, you are welcome to bring your own chair. Lightweight camping/hammock chairs are comfortable and cosy options, aswell as sunloungers.

EVENT TIMING

Doors will open 10 minutes before the start. Event will start prompt. No late arrivals will be admitted.

Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.
