A time and space to let go and immerse yourself and absorb the unique frequencies and world of sound healing.
The gentle vibrations produced by the sound instruments help to calm the nervous system, alleviate anxiety and stress, and promote a sense of inner calm. As the mind relaxes, the body follows suit, releasing tension stored in muscles and tissues. The vibrations also work on a cellular level and have been found to stimulate circulation, promote cellular regeneration, and enhance the body's natural healing processes.
In small groups, Well & Truly sound baths are held in the luxuriously carpeted and very cosy Meditation room, inviting you to fully relax. A grounding cup of herb tea or water will be served to prepare you for your onward journey.
