About This Event:
End your day with intention. Our Evening Reset is designed for everyone—from busy professionals to parents and students. This session is all about letting go of the week's "noise" and preparing your mind and body for a restful night’s sleep.
At Calmnest Community Yoga, we believe in Breathing Together and Growing Together. No matter your experience level, come as you are to find your evening calm.
Class Journey (60 Minutes):
05 Mins: Arrival & Grounding – Leaving the day's to-do list behind.
25 Mins: Release Flow – Fluid movements to stretch out "office body" or daily tension.
10 Mins: Pranayama (Breathwork) – Cooling breaths to settle the nervous system.
10 Mins: Restorative Recovery – Deep, quiet holds to soothe the muscles.
10 Mins: Deep Relaxation (Savasana) – A guided rest to prepare for sleep.
What to Bring:
🧘 Your Yoga Mat (Please note: No spare mats are available, so please bring your own mat for yourself and any children).
💧 Water Bottle
🧥 Cozy Layers – As the evening air cools and we move into 20 minutes of stillness at the end, your body temperature will drop. A hoodie, warm socks, or a small blanket are highly recommended!
Family & Kids:
Families are welcome!
Kids can join in on their own mat (please bring one for them).
To maintain the peaceful evening atmosphere, we ask that children be supervised by their parents at all times.
Payment:
Wellness made simple and accessible. The session is $5 for anyone aged 16 and above.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer. Bank Information will be provided at the time of registration. Last registration for this Event will be Thursday of each week.
