Come try it out—no registration required! This free class is open to all teens and adults and is perfect for all levels. Drop in and experience the benefits for yourself.
Qigong is a gentle form of exercise that combines slow movements and light stretching to help improve energy levels, promote relaxation, support better sleep, and reduce stress.

A waiver will need to be signed before participating but can be signed at the library anytime before your first class. If a 12-17 year old wants to join, we ask that their parent or legal guardian stop by the library to sign the waiver prior to their first class.
