Evening Namaste at The Bay with Petra Ratner

Petra will lead an empowering morning session of kundalini fusion yoga. Class includes warm-up with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy, short and super-effective kundalini sequence to step into the highest potential and chanting of sacred mantras. Finish with meditation and a wonderfully healing sound bath (gong and crystal bowls) leading to heart center, to self creativity, self-love, and gratitude. Most of kundalini yoga is done sitting down in a comfortable pose, no experience is necessary.

Petra is an RYT-500 yoga and meditation teacher and sound healer, channeling the power of kundalini yoga, sound baths and essential oils. Her classes include warm-ups with yoga asanas, breath work for balancing energy and short kundalini sequences, followed by meditation and healing sound baths using her gong and crystal bowls.
