Evening Meditative Sound Bath

We will be doing an evening meditative Sound Bath at the Unity of Kona on Aug 15th from 6:30-7:30pm.

We will be using seven crystal singing bowls, a chime drum, four Koshi chimes, two handmade drums, a wave drum, a rain stick, and a Tibetan singing bowl. Feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and or blanket to make yourself comfortable. Many of these items are available for you to use at Unity, on a first come first serve basis. Chair are available for those who wish to sit instead.

This will be a candlelit event for greater relaxation. All are welcome to attend so feel free to bring a friend!

There is no cost to attend. Donations are always appreciated and go to support the center and future community events.
