Free weekly meditation class. Grounding techniques are followed by a mindfulness practice to help you clear your mind and connect with your heart. Each class is geared to help you find inner peace.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome.
Time to disconnect from the daily chaos and connect with your inner peace. We provide all the cozy essentials – meditation bolsters and blankets included! Just bring yourself and comfortable clothes!
