Fettuccine cremosi con olio di tartufo – fresh fettuccine pasta tossed in a creamy garlic butter with grated pecorino, freshly cracked black pepper and authentic extra virgin truffle oil

Involtini di pollo all’uccelletto – breast of chicken filled with fresh herbs and pan seared. Served “all’uccelletto” with white cannellini beans in a rich pomodoro sauce
