Evening Bat Walk

Helen will be giving a guided walk and talk, and using hand held bat detectors to help you locate and identify the different species present in the park. You will be able to see tiny pipstrelles darting around the trees, and the larger daubenton bats swooping low over the lake to catch their evening meal, and maybe some even rarer species!

Please wear appropriate footwear for the walk, and warm clothing for the evening chill. Bring a torch to help you navigate your way back to the car park, and you are welcome to bring your own bat detector if you possess one.
