As the founder of his consultancy, Advise Consulting, Eric specializes in overseeing the operations of stadiums, arenas, and large-scale sporting events, including football, rugby, athletics, and the Paralympics. His passion for sports and extensive expertise in agile project and team management promise to make his talk both captivating and inspiring!
