EVE Fanfest 2025

Join us for an unforgettable celebration of all things EVE in Reykjavik, Iceland.

We are thrilled to welcome you back to Reykjavik, where you can join your fellow capsuleers for the unmissable festivities in the land of fire and ice. EVE Fanfest is a special occasion where players from all over the world descend on the Icelandic capital, and for 2025 are returning to Harpa - Concert hall & Conference Centre in the heart of the city.

EVE Fanfest 2025 celebrations include:

• Presentations, panels, and immersive experiences featuring EVE developers and players.
• Opportunities to meet and greet EVE player luminaries and developers
• The legendary Party at the Top of the World

• Extra social events (sold separately) such as the Pub Crawl, the Charity Dinner, nature and city tours.

Fleet Up with alliances or corporations.

Meet, hand out and socialize with your space friends and enemies in the heart of Reykjavik.

HARPA

Harpa has seen some unforgettable EVE celebrations, hosting the ten-year anniversary of EVE Online in 2013, and a total of seven editions of the festival in the years 2012-18.

Harpa is one of Reykjavík’s most striking landmarks and a centre of cultural and social life in the very heart of the city.

EXTRA SOCIAL EVENTS

Throughout the week of EVE Fanfest there will be Fanfest-related gatherings and extra events happening in and around Reykjavik, from Monday, 28 April, to Sunday, 4 May.

Some will be complementary and free for all Fanfest pass holders, while others will be ticketed with tickets being sold separately.

EVE Fanfest 2025 ticket holders will be the first to be notified of, and get a chance to buy, tickets to the Pub Crawl and other ticketed extra activities.

In order for you to be able to start planning your trip, here are some dates:

• • First EVE Fanfest 2025 pub-meet (Monday, 28 April)
  • The classic Golden Circle tour with players and devs (Wednesday, 30 April)
  • Pub Crawl - with the return of the popular food tour alternative (Friday, 2 May)
  • Sisters of EVE full-day trip (includes a ticket to the Party at the Top of the World) - ideal for your non-player friend or significant other, who is OK to miss the Friday programming at Fanfest (Friday, 2 May)

FANFEST PARTNERS AND TRAVEL OFFERS

We will be presenting Fanfest ticket buyers with offers on travel experiences and car rentals in Iceland in the coming months. As in previous festivals, we will be partnering with bars and restaurants in the city to provide special deals and discounts to Fanfest attendees.

REFUND POLICY

Please note we run a non-refund policy for the event. EVE Fanfest 2025 tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled.

Tickets can be transferred to a new attendee by filing a new attendee name for your purchased tickets through Eventbrite.
