Fancy trying out some seated Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
There are 4 first come first served slots for people to receive seated reiki at the following times:
11-11.15 am
11.15-11.30am
11.30-11.45 am
11.45am – 12.00pm
Enjoy Krista's lovely and relaxing reiki where natural and elemental energies are channelled into the reiki she delivers to lucky recipients!
Whilst enjoying reiki healing, you will also enjoy sound healing which results in a relaxing nurturing and healing experience
These sessions are accessible for all adults aged over 18 although pregnant women are advised to seek advice from a doctor before attending reiki sessions.
