Dr. Wilkerson has been working in the field of substance use disorder for over 25 years with a focus on treating healthcare professionals. He has served as the Medical Director and Corporate Medical Director for Bradford Health Services, as Medical Director of Talbott Recovery Center, and as the Medical Director of the North Carolina Physicians Health Program. As a native North Carolinian, Dr. Wilkerson returned to his “home state” when he joined us at Pavillon. Dr. Wilkerson is a nationally named Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine in recognition of his high level of achievement and dedication to the field of addiction medicine.
