What to Expect

• Please note hotels provided shall be located in outskirts of cities (usually 18 - 25 km from city center).
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) will be done in an air-conditioned coach.
• Maximum room occupancy in Europe is 3 persons in a room.
• As a 3rd person in a triple room most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
• Room sizes of hotels you can expect 4 stars (190 sq ft - 230 sq ft) and if 3 stars then it will be (120 - 180 sq ft).
• Please note hotels in Europe don't provide free water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable across Europe.
• Please note we provide one stop airlines to Europe (into Frankfurt out of Vienna) from DEL BOM and BLR.
• Please note we may provide up to 2 stop airlines to Europe (into Frankfurt out of Vienna) from AMD CCU HYD and MAA.
• All airlines provided will include 30 Kg of check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
• Please note we do guarantee Visa appointments however we don't have any control over the decision of Visa being granted or not.

• Porterage laundry telephone charges shopping wines & alcoholic beverages items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness accident hospitalization or any personal emergency.
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
• In case a passenger is opting for direct joining the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.
