ECAD is a partnership of the Wiyot Tribe, Ink People Center for Arts and Culture, Eureka Main Street, and the City of Eureka. ECAD uplifts and amplifies the region’s creatives and culture makers through grant initiatives, festivals, and community-driven leadership.
