Friends and family,The Eubanks Memorial Day event is returning so please mark your calendars for Saturday, May 23rd, 2026! An Evite will be sent out, to your email address next month, for you to RSVP. This page will simply be a resource for information.
We've ditched the food trucks this year. That did NOT work out like we had hoped. We tried, it failed. Sorry about that! This year we will be providing pulled pork, chicken, sausage and hot dogs. Let us know if you'd like to help complete the meal with sides, snacks or desserts, using the sign-up sheet, in the Evite. As always, margaritas (now in the new-and-improved Ninja Slushi MAX makers) and bottled waters will be available. BYOB for yourself, or the kids, if there's something else you prefer. The pool will open after the opening ceremony and meal.
