We invite supervisors and trainees to continue the conversation from June’s “The Way Forward for Supervisors” meeting. Key themes from that discussion included the need for supportive conversations, up-to-date information, emotional and professional nourishment, recruitment to counselling courses, an effective voice for the profession, and opportunities to connect with and learn from newly qualified supervisors.

This meeting will continue this conversation, and it will be valuable to welcome new supervisees and trainees so we can design a programme responsive to the needs of all the community of supervisors
