Join us for weekly outdoor sound healing journey under the stars in a beautiful amphitheater setting.

Each week there is a different theme and energy healing to align you with the energy of abundance, unconditional love, inner peace and true purpose so you can create your dream life by aligning with the highest blessings. We invite you to a live outdoor sound healing experience to relax, rejuvenate and raise your vibration. Each journey has a unique theme and energy specially curated for that evening.

Get ready to relax in a beautiful outdoor setting under the stars and experience a one of a kind sound journey with breathwork, guided meditation, live mantra and sacred instruments. This experience led by Ava Milva along with her team of healers will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, clear and aligned.

Sound healing is a powerful healing modality that heals on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. By listening to certain frequencies our body responds by letting go of old trauma and emotions and creating a relaxed and peaceful state of being.

This special in person experience is one of kind held in an amphitheater setting outdoors where you have ample space to enjoy the fresh air.

This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to leave you feeling a state of bliss and joy.

What we will do:

* Light body warm up to receive the healing sounds

* Breathwork to let go of old emotions

* Guided Meditation in the theme of the event

* Sound healing with live mantra and energy healing

Bring your yoga mat and a warm blanket to be cozy.

Please dress warm and bring layers so you are extra comfortable.

Optional: Bring your crystals to charge with positive energy

Location: Pan Pacific Park next to the Grove at the Amphitheater area next to the museum

How to find us: Park in the parking lot off of Beverly Blvd and walk past the basketball courts into the park and you will see the amphitheater straight ahead at the bottom right corner ( left of the museum)

Please plan to arrive at least 15 mins early to allow for parking, etc.

We are so happy that we are now also offering an online option too to join this event. If you purchase online option, Zoom link will be emailed to you the day of the event.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Ava Milva was born in Europe (Bulgaria) and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA coming from a renowned lineage of healers. She has used her natural healing gifts to help others all of her life and has worked in music as a singer and composer since a very young age, recently producing her own music. Ava holds a BA from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL and is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and sound healer with years of experience teaching and creating uplifting events across the Los Angeles area. Ava uses the unique power of mantra music and the voice combined with sacred instruments to raise the vibration, heal and elevate. Ava is the founder and creator of Etherica, where she merges her creative and healing talents in a one of a kind experience that brings community together. Ava is also a certified practitioner in various energy healing modalities - Reiki, Clear Light Healing, Theta Healing and most recently Guided Light healing. She is also a trained intuitive guide who works one on one with people from all over the world to help them create the life of their dreams.
